Physical Therapy

Physical therapy at Fortera Health is designed around access, collaboration, and individualized care. Our physical therapists offer direct access care, allowing patients to begin physical therapy without first obtaining a physician referral or prescription.

Our therapists also work side by side with Fortera’s physiatrists and other musculoskeletal specialists. This creates a truly interdisciplinary model where physical therapy and physical medicine are coordinated within the same practice, rather than communicated between separate offices.

Whether you are recovering from an injury or surgery, managing a chronic condition, or looking for answers to a more specialized concern, your care begins with understanding what is limiting you and developing a plan to help you move forward.

Orthopedic Physical Therapy

Hands-on, movement-based care for musculoskeletal and spine conditions, including injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, arthritis, and chronic pain. Treatment is individualized to help restore strength, mobility, movement, and function while working toward the activities that matter most to you.

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

Specialized evaluation and treatment for pelvic pain, urinary symptoms, incontinence, and pelvic floor dysfunction. Our pelvic health services provide patients with access to focused physical therapy in a private, supportive setting while remaining connected to Fortera’s broader care team.

Orofacial Physical Therapy

Targeted physical therapy for jaw pain, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, and other craniofacial conditions. Treatment focuses on improving jaw movement and function while addressing muscular and movement-related factors that may contribute to symptoms.

Our Physical Therapists

Fortera Health’s physical therapy team practices out of our Morristown office.

One Practice. A More Connected Plan.

When additional evaluation is needed, your care does not have to start over somewhere else. Fortera’s physical therapists can collaborate directly with our physicians, allowing findings, progress, and treatment decisions to be considered as part of the same overall care plan.
