Dr. Welsh earned his medical degree from the New York University School of Medicine and completed his anesthesiology residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in collaboration with Columbia University. He went on to complete advanced fellowship training in pain management at Stanford University, where he served as Chief Fellow. Dr. Welsh is board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and holds additional certification in pain management.
