Vestibular and Balance Expertise

He works with patients experiencing dizziness and conditions such as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), vestibular neuritis, and labyrinthitis. At Fortera Health, Dr. Shein takes a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation, considering not only a patient’s symptoms but also their daily activities, lifestyle, and personal goals. Working alongside Fortera’s multidisciplinary team allows him to coordinate rehabilitation with the patient’s broader plan of care and create a treatment program designed around meaningful, lasting progress.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Shein enjoys exploring New Jersey’s trails with his wife and their dog. He is also an avid rock climber and stays active through sports including pickleball and ultimate frisbee.
